Timeline for a Valid Warranty

• Six Months (6 months) warranty applied on our Zynamite brand and Fitzovia brand of Eyewear and Sunglasses.
• One-year (1 year) warranty applied on Joe Bianchi brand and Staten Island brand of Eyewear and Sunglasses.
• Term of warranty starts from the date of invoicing of the product.
• Warranty of high index lenses.
• Warranty on Spectacle lenses valid only for coating defects like peeling or crazing for a period of 1 year from the date of invoicing.

Warranty Inclusions 

• Damages due to rusting, corrosion, peeling of or burst of coating and/or colour, and fading of colour.

Warranty Exclusions

• This warranty will lapse on breakage or scratches due to accidents or negligence, other damages caused by reasons beyond manufacturing defects, mishandling, improper usage or storage of the product, tampering and loss of components or accessories, unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear & tear. 
• No warranty on lenses due to scratches, rubbing of lenses against uneven surfaces, damages caused by accidents or negligence, cleaning related defects or defects arising out of wear & tear, and other damages caused by reasons beyond manufacturing defects.
• Warranty wouldn’t be valid on products which have stain marks due to the use of cosmetics, hair colour, dyes, or anything which is applied on the body and comes in touch with the frame/sunglasses and can potentially leave a coloured stain or marks.

*Maintenance Tips: 

1. To avoid smudging and to manage your lenses better - It is advised to always clean your lenses after making them wet. Use a tissue or cleaning cloth for easy maintenance and long life and wipe them once daily.
2. You could also clean your spectacle frame along with your lenses. Alternatively, once every two days you must wipe the frame properly to ensure no stains or metal corrosion develops.
3. Clean your sunglass lenses and frame also with running water at room temperature. This will ensure corrosion or dirt doesn’t affect the wearing comfort & life of the product.

Conditions for a Valid Warranty 

• This warranty automatically terminates on the expiry of the warranty period.
• This warranty is ONLY valid for VisionWagon.com products and sub-brands invoiced by visionwagon.com.
• The company’s decision on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty will stay final.
• The company will, in no event be liable or obligated for issuing the payments/refund of any special incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty requirements

 Please ensure your claim meets all the below-mentioned requirements for us to process your warranty claim:

• Please email the pictures of the defective product along with the invoice to be duly validated to support@visionwagon.com along with the order ID.
• Ensure packing the product properly in one single box. This will avoid possible transit related damage(s).
• You will have to send back all the accessories received along with the product to further avoid any delays in claim.

Note: Only one replacement is allowed per order for Zynamite brand and Fitzovia Kids brand of eyewear and sunglasses. For more information on returning the product, refer ‘return policy’ page.
